B.o.B. is good at going crazy. In the new clip for "Out of My Mind," the Atlanta rapper finds himself locked in a mental institution, where he's alternately wrapped in a straight jacket, bouncing around a padded room, donning a Hannibal Lecter mask and chained to a wheelchair, which doesn't stop him from flirting with one of the members of his parole board. His one chance for escape? A good psych evaluation from Dr. Nicki Minaj, which wouldn't be a problem if she weren't great at going crazy herself. Their only hope is to escape.
